Cloud Deployment Models


Deployment Model defines the type of access to the cloud resources over the network. Cloud Computing providing services over the internet with various deployment models.

  1. Public Cloud
  2. Private Cloud
  3. Hybrid Cloud

PUBLIC CLOUD

Public Cloud allows clients to access cloud resources like, servers, storage etc  to be easily accessible over the public internet. Public Cloud has security controls in place to restrict un-authorized access; however it has less security compare to private cloud.

PRIVATE CLOUD

Private Cloud allows clients to access cloud resources like, servers, storage etc  to be easily accessible within the organization. Private Cloud has good security controls in place to restrict un-authorized access as the network is established over the private tunnel.

HYBRID CLOUD

Hybrid Cloud is a mixture of public and private cloud, client can use public cloud services to deploy the non-critical applications like front end web applications and private cloud services to deploy the critical applications like data management.
